Integrare lo psicodramma con la terapia familiare sistemica
All parts are Welcome!
According to Dr. Richard Schwartz, developer of the Internal Family Systems Therapy model, we all have parts of ourselves, a “Self” with a capital “S,” and all parts function as a system. He purports that “Self” energy is innate and the field in which the healing of wounded parts occurs. It is made up of 8 positive qualities that start with the letter C.( 8 C’s of “Self”-Leadership) Reigniting spontaneity naturally follows, opening the realm of possibilities for healthier coping strategies.
Psychodrama brings the “Self”, parts, and system to life through techniques like concretization and role reversal, thereby sparking spontaneity and creativity, which are the fundamental elements of healing, health, and change.
Clients often report fighting with, and/or attempting to “get rid of” the parts of themselves that cause pain and negative consequences. Acting out in addictive behaviors, flooding of feelings and memories, are examples of such. Fostering a relationship with these parts is an essential element in healing and recovery.
Come join me in a group experience where you will get the opportunity to practice concretizing elements of your “Self”, identifying at least one part of you that you would like to get to know better and maybe even connecting with that part in a creative and new way!
Objectives
At the close of the workshop participants will be able to:
1.Name the 8 C’s of “Self”-Leadership
2.Facilitate their clients in identifying and honoring parts of self.
