Workshop Infos #13 Jaye Moyer – United States

“Forgiveness” presented by Jaye Moyer of IntegralTherapy.net and Psychodrama Training Institute of New York City, New York.

Zen teacher, Joko Beck wrote: “Our failure to know joy is a direct reflection of our inability to forgive.”
Starting with this understanding, in this workshop we will explore the experience of forgiveness. We will investigate various dimensions of forgiveness, including self-forgiveness, our need to be forgiven as well as our need to forgive. For each of these dimensions, we will use guided meditation, sociometric exploration, psychodrama and group sharing as a support in our inquiry. The intention of this workshop is to broaden and deepen our capacity to explore our relationship with forgiveness. This may allow us to know more freedom, spontaneity and joy.
