THERAPEUTIC CHANGE SEEN AS A CREATIVE ACT

In psychodrama therapy we use the creative potential of the theatric play as a main therapeutic »tool«. Spontaneity which is liberated through the act of play is the main source fort he theraputic process. But in psychodrama creative language of the theatric play is not just a theraputic tool, we can observe a therapeutic change as a creative act in which the protagonist produces something new, in a process of own change.

In the workshop the authosrs will demonstrate the way of the use of psychodrama method in a creative process and vice-versa, the proces of theraputic development of the protagonist will be observed through the creative act of theatric play.

In a psychodrama we can put a sign of equality between creativity and therapy.
