Digmar A. Aguilera born in Bolivia. He has a degree in psychology and training in psychoanalysis, and he is also a psychodynamic psychodramatist. He start his professional career working for the South Fork Hispanic apostolate, in global support and psychotherapeutic services for families, in the picturesque city of Southampton, New York, lending, for over a decade, his contribution in a bilingual multicultural community. He had the opportunity to work in hospitals and interdisciplinary support organizations for families, in the prevention and treatment of victims of gender violence, in places of juvenile detention and also in support of private practice. He has taught in the university, has held workshops and given conferences internationally and has also published specialized articles. His training in psychoanalysis took place at the Après-Coupé Psychoanalytic Association of Manhattan, an institution that is part of the world platform of psychoanalysis "Convergencia". He had the privilege of doing his training in psychodrama, in the place hosting the original stage of Dr. Jacob L. Moreno, the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute in New York, as well as in other psychodramatic training spaces in the United States and Argentina. He currently directs the "Freudian Psychodrama Space", which is a space open to the community to care for subjective distress, as well as training for those interested in clinical intervention from the point of view of Freudian psychodrama.
