Mona Rakhway



Mona Rakhawy is a professor of psychiatry at Cairo University. She is the founder and president of the Egyptian Association for Group Therapies and Processes (EAGT), and the founder and CEO of the Rakhawy Institute for Training and Research. She is a board of the directors, the elected chair of the Consultative Assembly of Organizational Affiliates (CAOA) of the International Association for Group Therapies and Group Processes (IAGP), and a member of the IAGP education committee. Professor Rakhawy is a certified group psychotherapist (CGP). She trains and supervises individual and group psychotherapy. She has a special interest in spreading the education and training in the field of individual and group psychotherapy, group processes and organizational and social transformations.
