Manuela Maciel is a Clinical and Social Psychologist, Psychodramatist, Organisational Consultant and Teacher for the last 30 years. She lives in Lisbon - Portugal, where she works between her consulting rooms, the organizations who call in for her services and the teaching of Psychodrama and Sociodrama.
Using Psychodrama and Sociodrama in the scope of personal and group development, she has always also been active in the international context, where she has presented several workshops and also helped to organize some international conferences, namely she was the Founder of the International Sociodrama Conference (2007). She was also the Chair of the Psychodrama Section at the IAGP (2003-2009).
She is a Teacher and Supervisor at the Portuguese Psychodrama Association since 1989 and she also teaches several trainings and post-graduations at the Psychology University in Lisbon (ISPA), the University of Malaga and at the Anne Ancelin Schutzenberger International School of Transgenerational Therapy.
