She was born in Ankara. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology department at Haliç University with council of higher education scholarship and postgraduate education at the “Clinical Neuroscience” Department of Dokuz Eylül University. During her undergraduate education, she completed internships in psychiatry polyclinics of Istanbul University Medicine Faculty and Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital. During her multidisciplinary postgraduate education, she had the opportunity to learn about various psychiatric and neurological illnesses. She completed basic and higher level psychodrama trainings and “Trainer Training” program in İstanbul Psychodrama Institute. During this training, she had the opportunity to work with important names of psychodrama such as Marcia Karp, Jacob Gershoni, Judith Teszary, Louise Lipman, Paul Holmes and Eva Fahlsyorm.
She worked in different nursery schools, rehabilitation centers and consultancy centers, and attended projects for disabled and helpless children. Lastly, she worked in “Bolluca Helpless Children Village Psychological Support, Education and System Improvement Project” under the IPI as a Project Coordinator. She worked as a neurophysiologist in Istanbul Kültür University, Brain Research Center in 2010-2011.
She played a part in the establishment of Test Unit in İstanbul Psychodrama Institute, where she has been working since 2010. She is currently working as the Coordinator of Child Psychodrama Department in the Institute, conducting individual and group psychotherapy with children and adults; managing training groups and providing supervision. She is a member of Turkish Physiologists Association.
