Some theoretical concepts :
Each individual has a personal typical style of resilience, which is a combination of all 6 channels.
Each individual has the potential to cope with all 6 channels however each person develops a personal way of coping which develops in his early years and escorts them for the rest of their live. This specific personal style of coping combines biological foundations as well as genetical, environmental and acquired
Each person has preferred developed ways of coping (preferred channels) during different times and yet there are channels which are not so developed due to various life circumstances
Out of hundreds of researches with people in stressful situations it seems like each individual has a combination of channels that help him cope.
Experiential activity, accompanied by a theoretical processing where the participants will understand the model and will be able to apply in their own Organizations.
